Refund Policy

C5 Beverages does not refund or exchange consumable products.

If your order gets damaged during shipping, please email us a photo of the damaged goods and packaging to info@c5beverages.com.au

Please note, we cannot raise a claim if we do not receive a clear photo of the damaged goods.

 

Cancellation

Subject to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and without restricting the consumers right to rescind on a contract as provided in the Act; orders once placed, cannot be cancelled by the Customer without the approval of the Supplier.
